Team Information
The Shrewd Outdoors JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development) team provides youth archers with a structured and supportive environment to develop their skills. Members receive guided instruction from experienced coaches, focusing on proper form, technique, and goal setting. The program helps archers progress at their own pace and gain experience in both recreational and competitive shooting. Beyond skill development, JOAD fosters confidence, focus, and sportsmanship—helping young athletes grow both on and off the range.
Team Cost:
$50 per month.
$150 initial fee required to cover the first 3 months. Billed monthly starting with the fourth month.
Additional costs not included in monthly fee:
- Travel expenses
- Team jersey
- Equipment
- USA Archery membership (Required to be a part of the Shrewd Outdoors JOAD Team)
